Om Shanti Om is a Registered Yoga School certified by RYS 200, 300 & 500 with internationally recognized Yoga Alliance USA and has 10+ professional teachers who are very keen to expand their knowledge in the world.

"We are traveling around India for 3 months and decided to do a 7 Day Yoga Retreat in Rishikesh. Priya and Dinesh were instantly welcoming, and the week offered us a range of yoga, anatomy and Ayurveda classes, as well as trips to the Beetle Ashram, waterfall and temples at sunrise. The classical morning yoga and Pranayama (breathing exercises) were perfect to wake up to, alongside the chanting and a cup of lemon and ginger tea. We all really enjoyed the more energetic Hatha yoga in the afternoon, and the Sunday laughing yoga session. The group had a great family feel, everyone got involved to help one another. As beginners we found all the teachers gave us good explanations and modifications for all the exercises we undertook. On our final evening we did a dance/movement meditation class which was great fun, and the most rewarding meditation we've done.
